We assist in the onboarding process of new employees in a company. Traditionally, a new employee would join a company, fill in some forms, and then turn up for their first working day. They meet their team, as well as other employees, maybe ones in other departments. Struggling to settle down because they have not been properly inducted, many employees leave the company without ever realising their own potential, and the company would have lost valuable knowledge and experience. Proper onboarding prevents this.

With a long academic journey in Human Resources Management that is still ongoing, Jean has been exposed to the newest trends in Human Resources as a profession and discipline, which is reflected in his passion for effective employee onboarding practices. It is a component of HR that he decided to study further in his master’s degree, where he researched how employee onboarding had to adapt during the Coronavirus pandemic, and how it continues to adapt in to keep up with the latest Industrial Revolutions, and beyond.
