How does it work?

1. Register your business and set up your account with a username and password.
2. Import your existing inventory, if you have one. We can work with your current spreadsheet — export it as a CSV file and we will map the columns to match our system fields.
3. Add items to your inventory with all the details you need:
   1. Name, barcode, and description.
   2. Purchase price and supplier.
   3. Quantity in stock.
   4. Upload a photo if required.
   5. Additional details such as category, location, and minimum stock level.
4. Add your fixed assets — tools, equipment, and anything that needs to be tracked:
   1. Name, barcode, and description.
   2. Purchase price (important for asset management control).
   3. Purchase date (important for tax depreciation purposes).
   4. Quantity available.
5. When a service request comes in, open a job card:
   1. Add the date, location, technician, and importance level.
   2. Add consumables required — these are deducted from inventory. Any unused consumables are returned and booked back.
   3. Add tools required — these are signed out and returned on completion. The inventory always reflects where they are.
6. On completion, the technician returns the job card. Tools are handed back and indicated on the inventory as returned. The technician and store manager sign off the job card. No fixed assets are lost.
