Official Communication Policy

Andries Oberholzer Consulting uses only one form of official communication, the email address contact@andriesoberholzer.com. This includes the contact form on the website. SMS and WhatsApp messages and voice notes are not considered official channels. We will send email to the address you have supplied us and it is your responsibility to check your Inbox as well as your Spam folder for incoming email. We will do the same on our side.

What constitutes "official communication"?

The following will only be communicated through the official email addresses for both parties:

• Addition, removal, or changes in client contracts that affect their websites and other social media accounts
• Agreement/Project Terminations
• Contracts
• Invoices
• Proof of Payment
• Quotations

Information sent through SMS or WhatsApp may be noticed, but not acted upon until email in this regard has been received. Anything that has a financial implication will only be addressed through email.

The official language of communication is English.
