What is Included

First, note this: we do not a "we will design your site in 60 minutes". Websites and AI-generated advertisements are misleading you and in the end you will end up being disappointed. What you see when you look at a website we have designed is just the 10% visible on the surface. What really matters is what you don't see, and most "web designers" do not understand what goes on under the skin of their flashy websites. They "design" (wrong terminology) a site, publish it for you, and then you are left on your own.

This is not how we work. We want to form a meaningful relationship with the client and maintain their website for the lifecycle of the product, and beyond.

The following is included:

• Single-page continuous scroll layout (anchor links to sections) with menu items changing colour as you move through the page.
• Secondary pages for content where required.
• Sections included are Home (Introduction text and one photo/image), About (Short paragraph about the business), Services (Summary of services provided), Portfolio (List of current clients, products, or services), and Contact.
• Legal documents: We supply the following as PDF documents, with links in the footer:
• Disclaimer
• Privacy Policy
• Terms and Conditions
• Integrated basic contact form using PHP (Name, email address, and message fields with Submit and Clear buttons) sending the form contents to the client's chosen email address.
• Responsive design – your website will display perfectly on mobile as well as desktop devices.
• SEO-friendly meta tags – the source code is validated with the W3C for HTML compliance.
• Client registers and pays for their own domain, with our assistance, using our service provider of choice. If the client already has a service provider, it continues as normal.

Other Packages

• Medium Level Package (from R14 000) – ideal for established businesses and professional services.
• Premium Level Package (from R19 000) – fully custom development, negotiated to your requirements.
• Service Level Agreements – ongoing support and maintenance for your website.

Payment

A non-negotiable deposit of 75% is required upfront. Once the client has accepted the quotation, payment is made, after which the site is designed and tested on the developer's domain. Once the work has been completed, the client pays the balance of 25%, and the site is moved to the client's domain. No monthly payment options are available.

Completion time

Turnaround time from when all content is received from the client is a maximum of ten days. Content required from the client but not provided as requested, is deemed excluded from the quotation without reducing the agreed price. If the client then still requires this, it will be invoiced separately.

Cost

The Entry Level Package starts at R9 000.00. This is the lowest reasonable price that can be charged for a functional website.
