SaaS – Operations Software for Jobs, Stock, and Support
One system, replacing spreadsheets, chat threads, and tribal knowledge
What It Is
One system for tracking jobs, stock, purchase orders, and support requests — replacing the spreadsheets, chat threads, and tribal knowledge most operations businesses run on instead. Everything lives in one place, so the answer to “where are we on this?” is always a login away, not a search through your inbox.
Who It Is For
Operations-heavy businesses with inventory, jobs, and compliance obligations — where losing track of a job, a stock count, or a licence renewal has a real cost, will benefit greatly.
What It Covers
- Daily health report — Every morning, an email tells you what needs attention: stock that has drifted, jobs stalled, tickets ageing, backups that did not run. You find out before your customer does.
- Inventory — Stock, purchase orders, and goods received tracked live — you know what is on hand, what it cost, and what is on order.
- Job cards — Every job is tracked start to invoice — parts, hours, checklists, and photos attached, not remembered.
- Support tickets — Issues logged, assigned, and closed out with a record — not lost in an inbox or a chat thread.
- Compliance dates — Licences, certifications, and renewals tracked with advance warning — the expiry does not arrive as a surprise.
And Behind It
Backups run on a fixed schedule with a tested, proven restore path, and automated checks catch drifting counts and corrupted data before they reach an invoice.
How It Is Delivered
Multi-tenant hosted, with a monthly SLA and included support hours. Single-tenant deployment is available where data isolation is required.
What It Is Not
- Accounting — It does not replace a bookkeeper, run a payroll, or file a VAT return.
- E-commerce — It is not built for public storefronts or high-volume checkout.
- CRM / sales — It is not a pipeline tool for a lead-driven sales team.
- Scale — It is not worth it if one person can still hold the whole operation in their head.
What We Did For a Client
A client approached us for a solution that would work for their environment, a fast-paced abattoir operation. [ This is what we offered them. ]
